TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to services provided by Entyce Beauty Ltd to you. By booking an appointment with Entyce Beauty Ltd you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Appointments
- Bookings are essential.
- Makeup bookings can be made up to 48hrs before (if date and time still available)
- All payments are payable before the time of the booking.
- False lashes application is $20 per pair extra to the service prices for makeup and hairstyling.
Deposits
- A deposit of 50% of your total appointment fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
Makeup Appointments
- All makeup and bridal trial appointments require a 50% deposit.
- A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your special occasion makeup booking. Cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment can result in your deposit payment being void if we cannot fill your appointment. (Bridal bookings see Weddings and Group bookings section)
Weddings & Group Bookings
A deposit of 30% is required in order to secure your preferred date and time for all wedding and group bookings. This deposit is non-refundable.
The final balance is to be paid 7 days prior to the date of the wedding booking.
There is a minimum booking of 3 or more people that applies to all weddings.
Every effort will be taken to accommodate any changes to the service performed within reason, however please be aware some changes may incur additional charges.
Changes to time and date will be taken into consideration, however this will not always be able to be met. In circumstances where changes cannot be accommodated then a refund of any payment paid (excluding the deposit), will be made to the client. Refunds will only apply to changes which are made 4 weeks prior to the booking, after which the full remaining balance must be paid.
Cancellations must be made more than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date, after which the full remaining balance must be paid.
Waiheke weddings incur a travel fee of $100 which covers parking in town, return ferry ticket and time travelling to the island. Artist is required by you to be picked up and dropped back to the Waiheke ferry terminal. We can arrange a taxi if needed in which all the costs incurred from the taxi will be invoiced to you after the wedding to cover the taxi costs initially paid by us.
Payment
Once your deposit has been paid an invoice will be sent to your email (if requested). The remaining balance must be paid either before or on the day of your appointment.
Payment types include Cash, Bank Transfer.

Cancellations
- Please advise at least 72 hours prior to your booking for cancellations or else you will be liable to pay the booking costs in full.
- ‘No shows’, prepaid appointments, will be liable for the full price of the missed appointment.
- A deposit of 30% is required in order to secure your preferred date and time for all wedding and group bookings. This deposit is non-refundable.
- The final balance is to be paid 7 days prior to the date of the wedding booking.
- Wedding Cancellations must be made more than 6 weeks prior to the wedding date, after which the full remaining balance must be paid.
- Make Up or Cosmetic Tattooing Booking - a minimum requirement of at least 5 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations that meet the minimum requirement will be refunded, but a 30% handling fee of all deposits will be charged. Cancellations that do not meet the minimum requirement can result in your deposit payment being void if we cannot fill your appointment.
Travel
Travel Fee is applicable when traveling to locations more the 20kms outside of Pukekohe, a quote can be provided upon your request. Travel fees are charged as follows;
- 0.73 cents per KM
- $35 minimum travel rate
- Flights/ Taxis to be covered in full by client
Parking
In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when makeup services are being conducted, for example hotel parking and meter parking.
Privacy Act
Your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and any other personal information that we hold is for the sole use of Entyce Beauty Ltd. This information will not be sold or rented to any third party. Please see our Privacy Policy.
Rights Reserved
- Entyce Beauty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking, and provide email notification of doing so, when a booking is in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Neither party shall be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, terrorism, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or other event beyond the reasonable control of either party.
Indemnity
By agreeing to the terms and conditions you indemnify Entyce Beauty Ltd, from and against all actions, demands, claims, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgements, costs and expenses
Liability
Entyce Beauty Ltd artists are not liable for any allergies or skin irritations.
Photographs
Entyce Beauty Ltd reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes. By making a booking with ENTYCE BEAUTY LTD the client hereby agrees to the terms and conditions.
